Founded in 1867, The Dalmore has always set the highest standards in scotch whisky craftsmanship. Today, they are proud to announce the creation of an entirely new rare and limited offering: The Dalmore 30 Year Old. Aged initially in first-fill American oak Bourbon barrels, this sumptuous new expression is then transferred to 30-year-old Graham’s Tawny Port pipes for a further seven years of maturation. The 30 Year Old will be an on-going limited annual release. Each release will display the “Edition” on the package and the bottle number on the bottle. With each edition, the whisky inside will change.

Tasting Notes
— Aroma: Candied orange, treacle toffee, morello cherries, and freshly baked brioche
— Palate: Black forest fruits, pear tarte tatin, and Victorian plums
— Finish: Madagascan vanilla pod, Napoleon cake, and shaved almonds

This special set also includes The Dalmore Jigger for your bar and the RP50 Coffee Table Book. Created to celebrate Master Distiller Richard Paterson’s 50-Years in the Scotch whisky industry, the RP50 is full of lovely full page photos of Richard, his whiskies, and testimonials from influential bartenders and writers who have been touched by Richard in their careers
