Is the 23 survival belt the same as the cache belt aside from what's inside?No, the Adventure Kit | 23 Tool Survival Kit is a seperate item. The Adventure Kit tools are designed to fit inside of the Cache Belt so you can carry these survival tools with you. The belt and kits must be purchased separately.
