Does the material come in contact with the coil?

Yes, the material should be placed on top of the ceramic atomizer, but please remove the glass mouthpiece first before putting the material on top.

What about replacement coils? How long do coils last?

The Hippie W does not come with coils, it has a ceramic oven for oil
concentrate use.

Does this work with e-juice?

W only works with concentrates and waxy oil.

What is waxy oil?

Waxy oils are the pure concentrated form of a particular substance (i.e. lavender, chamomile and nicotine) in this form; the substance is condensed and therefor “stronger”. The benefits of concentrated substance are that it requires less per use.
