LifeStraw Go is an advanced water bottle with a filter that not only improves the taste of your water, it helps protect against bacteria, parasites, microplastics, and chemicals like chlorine. The leak-proof, BPA-free bottle includes a cap with silicone mouthpiece and carabiner that makes it ideal for hiking, camping, international travel, and emergency situations. Simply fill with water from a lake, river, or tap and filter your water on the go.
The LifeStraw Go includes an advanced 2 stage filter that combines a hollow fiber microfiltration with an activated carbon filter. The Hollow fiber membrane features a 0.2 micron pore size that removes 99.999999% of bacteria, 99.999% of parasites, and 99.999% of microplastics. The addition of the activated carbon filter improves taste while reducing chlorine and organic chemical matter such as pesticides, herbicides, and VOCs.

The microfilter filter membrane has a lifespan of 1,000 gallons (4,000 L). The 0.2 micron pores clog over time as the filter is used. When water cannot pass through anymore, then it is time to replace it.
The carbon capsule filters up to 26 gallons (100 L). With frequent use, we recommend changing this filter every 3 months.
