— Length: From the anchor point to your hands, you will need at least 11.5 feet in length.
— Width: For some of the methods of use, you will need at least 4 feet in width to your left, and 4 feet in width to your right.
— Height: For some of the methods of use, you will need at least 7 feet in height from the ground.
— It is important to watch the 7 Methods of Use video before using your Inertia Wave® for the first time
— Always stand with feet no wider than 12" apart when using the Inertia Wave
