Cihuatán Limited Edition Rums

Cihuatán is a craft distillery based in the heart of the Cihuatán valley in El Salvador. A division of one of this country’s most diversified sugar mills, they control the entire production chain—from the sugarcane seed, to the distilling, aging, blending, and bottling. The land's ancient Mayan heritage is the inspiration for everything they do. The Maya were insatiably curious, which drove them to study the stars and numbers, explore new lands, and create ahead of their time. Cihuatán cherishes and celebrates this curiosity that drives us all to learn, explore, to grow and enjoy life.
