This high grade 1962 St. Louis Cardinals Team Signed Baseball is chock full of great stars from the Golden Era of baseball.

25 bold signatures in all, they include Hall of Famers Stan Musial (d.2013),Bob Gibson and Red Schoendienst, as well as Ken Boyer (d.1982), manager Johnny Keane (rare indeed; d.1967),Bill White, Curt Simmons, Ernie Broglio (he would be traded to the Cubs after the season for Lou Brock, one of the most celebrated trades in baseball history), Dal Maxvill, Julien Javier, Mike Shannon, Vern Benson, Ray Washburn, Bobby Shantz, Gene Oliver and Charlie James. They're all there and all in top condition on this vintage, official National League baseball (Giles, pres.).

Stan Musial would retire after the next season, Lou Brock would come aboard the following winter and the Cardinals would capture the World Series in 1964.
