Medieval Poland. Jan of Casimir. Cluster of copper Solidus coins, dated c. 1661. Laureate bust right, IOAN CAS REX / Crowned regal eagle with shield on breast, SOLID REG POLO. Still fused together from centuries buried together in a hoard. Could be separated and cleaned but quite interesting piece of history as they are. Deep olive-green patina, earthen deposits.
