The first release in the Oak Series, American Oak uses an innovative double-oak technique, with charred American oak chains inserted into barrels containing an 18% rye bourbon mash. This blend moves from sweet caramel and toffee on the front to savory roasted nutty notes in the middle, finishing with a mild spice, making it approachable and perfect for cocktails.

TASTING NOTES:
— Nose: Vanilla, honeysuckle, caramel, citrus zest
— Palate: Butterscotch, roasted cashews, nougat, caramel brittle
— Finish: Light peppery spice

French Oak // 46% ABV // 92 Proof // 750ml
The second release in the Oak Series, French Oak also employs Dixon’s double-oak technique with charred French oak chains. This blend opens with rich caramel, moves into savory coffee and cinnamon notes, and finishes with a mild peppery spice, ideal for cocktail enthusiasts.
